My name is Jan Philip, I am a student of physical performs and sport science.
I'm here for you, as an consultant, a former student from "Gymnastik- och idrottshögskolan(GIH)" which I am proud of together with my own athletic achievements.
There are no shortcuts in life, however, I believe we can find ways and strategies to be more efficient in overcoming the barriers which holds us back. I recognise that some times, life can be very complicated and there have to be acceptens towards twards failures as part of a journey to achive success.
